Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 3 technical support for SW and HW products. Including fault isolation, issue replication, effective escalation and logging, and exceptional customer elation.

Once product issues are resolved, you will work with the Cloud team to automate our cloud to proactively detect and mitigate future occurrences. This includes effectively using the Cloud Team’s tools for automating/improving our cloud.
  • Root Cause Analysis and cloud signature finger printing: reviewing of logs/metrics and matching the appearance of symptoms to determine likely root causes.
  • Work closely with Engineering, QA and other teams to resolve technical issues and determine training, process, and product improvements.
  • Work closely with other TSE’s on advanced technical issues, provide training/mentoring, handle mission critical support and craft technical documentation.
  • Drive continuous improvement for technical processes/procedures and players including OEMs, CMs and customers.

We are looking for a System QA Engineer responsible for testing of Nebulon platform — compromised of Industry Standard Servers from major server OEMs, Nebulon SPU PCIe HBA, and Nebulon Storage and Server management software. System testing and qualification will require server setup, script development, and other system configuration activities. This role will work within the platform team to develop and execute system testing of Nebulon products.

Key responsibilities
  • Review product requirements and design documentation to devise test plans for module and system-level testing
  • Perform server test configuration and setup
  • Execute test cases and track the progress of identified issues. Review system and script log files. Work closely with the engineering team to resolve defects expediently
  • Document test steps. Automate test cases, where possible, to reduce manual test steps
  • Update test scripts to cover new products and product features
  • Debug system or functional software issues by reviewing log files

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline
  • Testing/quality assurance experience, 5+ years

Corporate Solutions Architect
THE ROLE

Do you possess a thorough understanding of the architecture, design and implementation of infrastructure and application workload environments?
