• Work closely with Engineering, QA and other teams to resolve technical issues and determine training, process, and product improvements.

System testing and qualification will require server setup, script development, and other system configuration activities. This role will work within the platform team to develop and execute system testing of Nebulon products.

Key responsibilities

• Review product requirements and design documentation to devise test plans for module and system-level testing
• Perform server test configuration and setup
• Execute test cases and track the progress of identified issues. Review system and script log files. Work closely with the engineering team to resolve defects expediently
• Document test steps. Automate test cases, where possible, to reduce manual test steps
• Update test scripts to cover new products and product features
